This item is used to add a fog machine to an already booked glow birthday party.  Prior to purchasing, please check and confirm your party is eligible for this upgrade. Once purchased, your party details will be updated, and all refund/credit options will follow standard birthday party guidelines.
 
The party can be canceled two weeks in advance for a full refund.
• If the party is canceled 48-hours prior to the party date, a partial refund is provided. A
$100 cancellation fee is withheld from any refund. If rescheduling, the full amount can
be applied to a new party date/time.

• Any party canceled within 48-hours of the party date forfeits the full amount paid. The
party can not be rescheduled.
• Any weather-related or extenuating circumstances causing the gym to close will be
handled on a case-by-case basis.
